- Peyronie’s Disease
Peyronie's (pa-ro-NEEZ) disease is characterized as the abnormal curvature of an erect penis, and can result in sexual dysfunction. Peyronie's disease occurs over a wide range of ages, with some men as young as 18. The curvature is caused by scar tissue in the erectile tissue that prevents the straightening of the penis.
