Payment and Insurance Information
Fred Grossman, M.D. is a provider for Medicare and most major insurance plans. We provide insurance billing. Anything that is not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the patient.
We request payment at the time of your appointment for any services that are not covered by insurance or subject to deductibles. Your insurance company may also require you to pay a co-payment at the time of your appointment. When necessary, our staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.
If you have any questions regarding which insurance plans we accept or any patient billing concerns, please call us at (303) 825-5151. Questions regarding your coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company.

To cancel an Appointment
Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
